A bit about Ania: Ania is passionate about community, beauty, and wellness. She began practicing yoga during the pandemic as part of a journey toward intentional movement. Yoga allows her to connect with new people, explore new experiences, and express her creativity.

In 2024, Ania completed her 200-hour teacher training at The Coterie Wellness Studio. As a yoga teacher, she aims to inspire others to incorporate wellness activities into their daily routines. Her goal is for everyone to leave her classes feeling more connected to their breath and present in their bodies.
