Use your own vibrational sound to lull the thinking mind. Further seal your mind and energy through the use of hand seals (hasta mudras). The link between mantra and mudra is the language of Sanskrit.
We’ll talk, we’ll chat, we’ll tap into the power of protecting our energetic field through mantra and mudra. This session will start with an opening practice to prepare the hands, heart, and throat. Then, we will engage in group discussion on the language of Yoga, Sanskrit. There will be individual practice of mantras and mudras. We’ll close with a group practice chanting for Peace.

Learn the many benefits of chanting mantras and performing mudras (hand gestures)
Experience, Practice, and Learn 3-5 mantras and mudra that heal the body, protect the mind, and/or connect the chanter with the divine
Foster a deeper, more profound connection to the ancient wisdom and heritage of India though Sanskrit language
