A bit about her: If you want to better understand how to personalize your yoga practice for your unique body mechanics, head to her Prana classes. Hilary is incredibly knowledgable in human anatomy and has the gift of making the seemingly senseless make sense. 

If you like early to mid 2000’s hits, her Power class is for you. She’ll play things you can sing along to all while offering up a safe yet challenging full-body workout.
