THE COTERIE WELLNESS STUDIO STUDENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Thank you so much for choosing to be a part of The Coterie. It means the world to us that you’ve decided to share space with us in such an unlimited way. We commit to offer the best experience that we can from the lobby to the classroom, and with that, we do expect a commitment from you in return. This is an agreement rather than a contract, so please make sure that each part of the agreement suits you. Please see below for the commitments and expectations you are agreeing to with your signature. 

- The cost of your monthly autodraft is based on your current experience. You are paying one of the three amounts without judgment: our community rate of $95, our sustainer rate of $125 or our supporter rate of $155 per month. 

- The sale of this membership is nonrefundable.

- We require a 14-day notice prior to cancelling your membership, and we will not refund any payment that has already been made. For example, if you decide to cancel your membership one week after paying your monthly dues, you will not be reimbursed for that payment. You will have access to the studio for the remainder of your billing cycle, but your membership will not be renewed the following bill date.

- All membership cancellation requests must be submitted either in person or via email to hello@thecoterie.studio. 

- The initial sale date of the membership is the same date that your membership amount will be drafted each month, unless specifically communicated otherwise. 

- The card used when signing up for the membership will be the same card used each month unless specifically communicated and updated otherwise. 

Credit or debit cards are currently the only accepted forms of payment for these memberships. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact hello@thecoterie.studio.

- If the price of your membership ever changes, you will be given immediate notice with the option to cancel your membership at that particular time. 

You are and will always be responsible for your monthly payment regardless of how many times you take class throughout the duration of your membership. 

- Aside from these financial and logistical commitments, we hold you to the same standard of kindness, acceptance and compassion as we hold our staff.
