A bit about Enoch: Enoch merges the worlds of yoga and mobility training to offer a unique approach to movement, grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for powerful and graceful motion. His journey, rooted in a 200-hour yoga certification, is supplemented by his practice in primal yoga and jivamukti, alongside a background in weightlifting. Enoch’s mission as a yoga teacher is to guide his students to discover strength and beauty in their movement through blending the targeted movements of mobility training with the flow of yoga.

In his classes, Enoch focuses on movements that enhance flexibility and build strength, specifically targeting the ankles, hips, and thoracic spine to deepen ranges of motion. This targeted approach not only aims to improve physical capabilities but also to cultivate a deeper connection with one’s body.
