A bit about him: Ben practices and teaches Yoga from the perspective that all beings deserve peace and freedom. He has studied from a wide array of styles including Katonah Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Mobility, Mantra, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy. He completed his 200 hour training locally in Charlotte, and his 300 hour advanced training in Northern California. Ben is always learning, practicing, and seeking. His classes are explorative yet ritualistic, offering opportunities to strengthen and soften both physically and mentally. Ben is committed to the yogic path, with a mission of creating compassion and connection in the world - one practice at a time.
